Understanding
Dry Hire

  • This service includes your selection of:

    • Our hi-fi modular bar (Including delivery, set-up, break down and collection; available as a single 1.5m unit or a doubled up 3m unit)

    • Our trained staff (Experienced bar & event managers, mixologists, bartenders, bar backs and floor staff)

    • Our wares and equipment (Bar dressing, wares and cocktail equipment, also including glassware, green disposables and waste management)

  • For those unfamiliar with the term, dry hire refers to the hiring of equipment and staff without any beverages or payment equipment included.

Dry hire is an excellent choice for those who wish to personalise their event with their own choice of drinks, offering flexibility and freedom to curate a unique experience that aligns with the event's theme or the host's preferences.

  • You might be wondering about the differences between dry hire and wet hire. Whereas dry hire covers the staff and facilities (everything we discuss at the top of the page), our wet hire includes:

    • ‘Cost’/open or ‘cash’ bar functionality (A cost bar is where the event host subsidises the cost of drinks as pre-quoted; a cash bar is where guests will pay for their drinks and a pre-quoted minimum spend will need to be achieved. We can also build hybrid packages!)

    • Drinks menus (We will create a drinks list to stun your guests and suit every budget, pooling on our experience and network of suppliers)

    • Kegged cocktails

    • Staff (as with the dry hire)

    • Wares Equipment (as with the dry hire)

    • Operations/event analytics (detailed reporting, transparent/modular quoting to build the perfect event)

You can’t really go wrong with either option, but there are benefits to each. For example, while we are incredibly flexible, dry hire does allow for more autonomy on your end to customise for the event.

In contrast, wet hire ensures a hassle-free event as we take care of every aspect, from serving cocktails & mixed drinks to managing bar operations. Four One One offers both options, adapting to your unique requirements for an unforgettable event.

  • The secret behind our success in bar hire lies in our commitment to quality and the flexibility that our experience provides.

We’ve provided our premium service everywhere; from the seclusion of a festival stage in the Welsh woods, to a summer-long terrace takeover where we established ourselves as part of the East London music family. Whatever event it is you’re working on, we’re confident that we’ve delivered for something similar before.

Additionally, our determination to exclude artificial additives, colours & flavours, high fructose, corn syrup and unnecessary sugar from our products ensures healthier choices.
